Richard Katz, MD, is the director of the division of cardiology at the George Washington University Hospital, serves on the board of directors for the Larry King Cardiac Foundation, and is on the editorial boards of the British Journal of Cardiology and Cardiology Review. He is a reviewer for the American Journal of Cardiology and Circulation, as well as a consultant for the National Institute of Health. He lives in Washington, DC. |
