If you have not received your automated e-mail order acknowledgement within 24 hours of placing your order, the reason may be that:
a) You gave an incorrect e-mail address when you placed your order, and so our e-mail has not reached you;
b) Your mailbox is full and cannot receive our e-mails;
c) An e-mail filter is blocking our e-mails to you;
d) You deleted our e-mail by accident.
You may want to correct your e-mail address in your account, and check your spam folder. It may also help to add
care@pickabook.co.uk to your list of approved e-mail addresses.
If you have not received your e-mail order acknowledgement within 24 hours of placing your order, you will still be able to follow the status of your order in the Order Status(es) area in your Account on our website.
If you have not received an e-mail order acknowledgement after 24 hours
and your order is showing in the Order Status(es) area as 'Cancelled', this may be because:
a) You made an error in your order;
b) There is an error in your address details;
c) Your order has been stopped at one of the stages of our security checks.
