My Account & Order Status
|
Question : |
Can I check the status of my order online? |
Answer
: |
Yes. Please hit the My Account tab at the top right of any page on our website, and enter your e-mail address and password in the 'I am a returning customer' box. On the following page hit the Order Status(es) link.
When the list of your orders appears, click your order number or the 'Click for details' button. You will then be able to see all the details of your order.
If your order has not yet been shipped and cannot be shipped immediately, the page will show you the estimated dispatch date. If necessary, you will have the option of cancelling all or part of your order in the Order Status(es) area.
If you do cancel the unavailable item(s) from your order, this will release the available item(s) for immediate dispatch. Any necessary refund will be made to your card promptly and confirmed to you by email.
If your order is for delivery to the UK, and a cancellation brings the total order value below the eligible limit for free delivery, postage will be charged on the remainder of the order.
