We regret that we cannot send invoices for purchases which have been made online by credit or debit card.
However, we have already sent you documentation about your order which will be suitable for your accounts purposes. This includes:
a) Our automated e-mail confirmation of the card transaction;
b) Our automated e-mail acknowledgement of your order;
c) Our automated e-mail notification of the shipment of your order;
d) The dispatch note which was sent with your items.
In the event that you have not kept these documents, full details of your order, including a breakdown of prices, can also be found in the Order Status(es) area in your Account on our website.
Please note: Books are "zero rated" for VAT (Value Added Tax). There is no VAT on books. If there is an item in your order on which VAT is charged - for example an eBook - the VAT amount will be included in the advertised price and will be shown in the order-status area in your account on our website.
