Dispatch & Delivery
|
Question : |
My order hasn't arrived yet in the United Kingdom. What can I do? |
Answer
: |
Step One
Please make sure that your order has been shipped. If it has, we will have sent you an automated e-mail shipment notification. You can also check that your order has been shipped in the Order Status(es) area in the My Account section on our website.
Step Two
Check whether delivery has taken longer than estimated. Please be sure to calculate this according to the number of working days since your order was shipped, since couriers will generally not deliver at weekends.
Step Three
If your order has been shipped and has not arrived within the estimated number of working days, please:
a) Be assured that your order should be with you very soon;
b) Check that the delivery address which you gave us is full and correct. If you gave an incomplete or incorrect delivery address with your order, let us know as quickly as possible so that we can try to help your order reach its proper destination.
Step Four
Sometimes a neighbour, colleague or receptionist will take receipt of an order for you and not let you know. Please ask your neighbours, colleagues and receptionist whether they have taken your order for you.
Step Five
Royal Mail or the courier may have been unable to deliver to your address, or no one may have been available at the address to receive the delivery. Please note that Royal Mail and couriers do not always leave cards, if they have attempted delivery.
To see how your order was shipped, check in the Order Status(es) area in your Account on our website.
a) If your order was shipped with a courier there may be a 'Track' link in your Order Status. Click this link for full information about where your order is and what is delaying it. If necessary, you can contact the branch of the courier where your order is being held to arrange delivery. The courier will ask for your parcel number, which you can see when you hit the 'Track' link. Your order is likely to be held at the branch for no more than four days, so please contact the branch quickly.
b) If your order is being delivered by Royal Mail, it is likely to be held for you at your local postal delivery office. Please contact your local delivery office to see if it is holding your parcel for you. You will only need to give the delivery office your delivery name and address. Orders can be held for between four days and three weeks at your local delivery office.
If you do not contact your courier branch or postal delivery office, your order should be returned to us. We will e-mail you, if your order is returned to us.
