|
Question : |
Can I cancel all or part of my order? |
Answer
: |
To cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped, log into the Order Status(es) area in your Account on our website.
If your order is already being picked and packed, or has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order in the Order Status(es) area. However, you will still be able to return items in accordance with our Returns Policy.
If your order cannot be shipped immediately because some part of the order is temporarily unavailable, and you are unable to wait for the item(s) to become available or would like to re-order the item(s) separately, you will be able to cancel all or part of your order in the Order Status(es) area on our website.
If your order is for delivery to the UK, and a cancellation brings the total order value below the eligible limit for free delivery, postage will be charged on the remainder of the order.
