This book is an analysis of the United Nations peacekeeping operation mounted in Cambodia between 1991 and 1993. Although its mission was jeopardized by the non-co-operation of the Khmer Rouge, the UN Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC) guided Cambodia back to democratic, constitutional government and relative peace.
