Der vorliegende Essay leistet eine systematische Analyse der moglichen - und bisher in Theorie und Praxis vernachlassigten - Alternativen zum Krieg. Dabei wird die okonomische Unsinnigkeit der kriegerischen Option als Ausgangspunkt gewahlt, um das unausgeschopfte Konsenspotential einer auf friedliche Anreize gegrundeten und daher auch moralisch zweifelsfrei uberlegenen politischen Strategie aufzuzeigen. |
