Supply Chain Management (SCM) bedeutet konsequente Prozessorientierung zur effizienten Gestaltung der Material- und Informationsflusse im und zwischen Unternehmen. Anschliessend werden die Konsequenzen fur die erfolgreiche Gestaltung unterschiedlicher Supply Chain Designs abgeleitet. Basierend auf aktuellen Forschungsergebnissen analysieren die Autoren abschliessend die Veranderungen im SCM durch den Einsatz des Internets und geben dem Leser Empfehlungen fur die Umsetzung. " |
