Description: |
Egomaniacal would-be slasher star shows documentary crew essential D.I.Y.tips. Leslie Vernon (Nathan Baesal), everyday nice guy, has a desire to follow his idols Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees and Michael Myers into the annals of slasher-movie superstardom. To this end he invites a documentary film crew led by Taylor Gentry (Angela Goethals) on board as he plans, and eventually executes, a gore-fest to surpass all others. Never shy at coming forward, Vernon even takes time to demonstrate the filmic techniques of the genre to Taylor, whilst exploding some of the myths involved with the mechanics of slaughter. |
