| Description: |
Romantic comedy starring Robert Mitchum and Janet Leigh. In the run up to Christmas, department store employee Steve Mason (Mitchum) meets Connie Ennis (Leigh), a comparative shopper disguised as a customer. When he discovers her true purpose, he decides to let her go, which results in him losing his job. Afterwards, Steve gets to know Connie, her son Timmy (Gordon Gebert) and her boyfriend Carl Davis (Wendell Corey), who Connie is due to marry on New Year's Day.
