In a post-apocalyptic world there exist two warring factions, the 'Republic' and the 'Confederation'. Both groups employ highly trained killers as they attempt to gain control of territory. Warchyld (Dolph Lundgren), an assassin since childhood, is sent to annihilate an enemy target, but after destroying the camp he is unable to bring himself to kill the last survivor.
