Synopsis: |
Blast off on the biggest micro-adventure yet with the popular Project X characters Max, Cat, Ant and Tiger and their new robot micro-friend, Eight. Carefully levelled and highly motivating, this book is ideal for independent reading. The crew of the Excelsa respond to a distress signal from a nearby planet. When they land, they find a crashed ship and a robotic pilot called Hestan whose cargo of cyberbees has escaped. The un-programmed, metallic bees could cause chaos on the unspoiled Planet Florian. Its up to the micro-friends to help Hestan repair his ship and get the cyberbees back. But what caused the ship to crash in the first place? Could there be sinister forces at work? This book also contains notes on the inside front and back covers that highlight challenge words, prompt questions and give a follow-up activity to support children in their reading and comprehension skills. |
