Synopsis: |
On April 10th, 1912, the Titanic left Southampton on her maiden voyage to New York. Four days later and just before midnight, she struck an iceberg. By 2 a.m., the ship had sunk and 1,500 people had lost their lives. Every Man For Himself recaptures the last days on the ship, as told by Morgan, the nephew of the shipping line's owner. Was the Titanic, despite ice warnings, traveling too fast? And why was she issued a certificate of seaworthiness when there was a fire blazing out of control in No. 10 bunker? |
