Synopsis: |
This is my seventh book in the Novice Gardener's Guide series and once again it is based on my own experiences. The intent was to create a sort of 'Biography' of my gardening experiences over the last forty or so years. Rather than create one very large 'encyclopaedia' type book, I thought I would create a set of smaller books, each of which discuss different aspects of gardening. To date I have written on Propagation, Growing Vegetables, Fuchsia, Gladioli, Lillies and produced a 'Year Book' to point out when to carry out these tasks. What I haven't done is show how these events all come together, well not until now that is! They came together in my garden and on my allotments, and in this book I will disscus my allotments. In terms of future books I haven't quite decided how I will write about 'My Garden' Perhaps they will be similar to my Fuchsia, Gladioli, Lily books, or in a similar manner to this book! Only time will tell! Meanwhile I hope you like my latest work...A |
