Noted Kabbalah teacher and author Yehuda Berg, takes on the difficult subject of emotional pain. Kabbalah teaches that there is a war constantly being waged between the Light and the Opponent, both in the world at large and within ourselves. Our pain can be used against us in this ongoing battle, unless we deal directly with it and view it as a tool for growth and transformation. In this way, we are able to remove one of the Opponent's main weapons, resulting in greater personal fulfilment and, ultimately, a better world. |
