During the Infinite Crisis, the Society of Super-Villains dropped Chemo - a living nuclear reactor - into the city of Bludhaven, killing thousands. Now the city is walled up - but inside it, groups of survivors and agents battle for supremacy! Father Time and his SHADE agents represent the Government, but are they on the side of the angels? What about the Atomic Knights, shadowy would-be saviours of the city? Obviously the Society's deadly Nuclear Legion aren't here to help...but can the Teen Titans say different?
