For the expansion of Los Angeles International Airport Pereira convinced authorities to adapt the facility to jet planes before jet travel was commonplace. This monograph captures Pereira's talent and influence, featuring in-depth, behind-the-scenes views of his most well known projects, including the CBS, USC Masterplan, the University of California (Irvine) campus, the Doha Masterplan, the Transamerica Tower in San Francisco, and the LA Airport.
