Synopsis: |
The Chicken Street Gang live in Chicken Street and are in the same Year Five class at Chicken Street School which is, of course, in Chicken Street. Poppy has brittle bones disease, Billie has a hearing problem and Tom has autism. Along with Lucy and Luke they aren't just best friends but are the Gang to call on when anything needs fixing or solving. The third story in the Chicken Street Gang trilogy. Billie's dad owns Bizkit Biscuits. Billie is convinced the new vegetable flavour biscuits are not a good idea. But when burglars get into the factory the biscuits not only have a surprisingly useful effect on catching burglars, but turn out to be amazingly yummy after all.
