Description: |
A riveting crime story written by a retired Assistant Police Commissioner about an SAS veteran seeking personal justice for the murder of his lover. |
Synopsis: |
Colin Fox, member of the Stolen Generation. He is principled, a protector, a tent boxer and an SASR warrior. As a boy he witnessed the murder of his sister Lucy and experienced extreme abuse. As a man he interrupted a serious assault upon his mentor, Caroline Connors, and later became an integral member of her family. Highly respected by his SASR unit, he was sent to the UK for special training and there connected with members of his white father's family for the first time. A passionate affair with a member of the English aristocracy resulted in his jailing for alleged rape. Whilst incarcerated, Caroline Connors and her daughter Judy are murdered. Fox swears revenge. As a consequence he meets a vicious Melbourne bikie gang involved in drugs, gun running and dog fighting - a gang which also harbours Caroline's killer. Justice is effected in Fox's own unique manner. |
