Synopsis: |
Der Band enthalt die Vortrage und Diskussionen eines Symposiums, das im Rahmen des Zentraleuropaischen Anasthesiekongresses, Munchen, 1987 abgehalten wurde. Im ersten Teil des Bandes werden neue Erkenntnisse uber den Einsatz von Ketamin in der postoperativen Phase und Intensivmedizin dargestellt. Schwerpunktmassig werden Aspekte der Analgosedierung unter Einbeziehung verschiedener Medikamentenkombinationen aufgezeigt. Die Anwendungszeitraume der Analgosedierung erstrecken sich dabei von der kurzfristigen postoperativen Stabilisierungsphase bis hin zur Langzeitanwendung bei Verbrennungspatienten. Detailliert werden hierzu Untersuchungen sowohl zu hormonellen Stressparametern als auch zu fehlenden Gewohnungsphanomenen vorgelegt. Im zweiten Teil des Bandes werden die Einsatzmoglichkeiten von Ketamin in der Notfallmedizin beschrieben. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei die Analgesie des traumatisierten Patienten, die Besonderheiten bei begleitendem Schadel-Hirn-Trauma sowie die Stabilisierung des Kreislaufes im hamorrhagischen Schock. Ausserdem werden die Indikationen fur Ketamin bei Patienten im Status Asthmaticus aufgezeigt. |
