In diesem Band wird die Problematik der Wahl des Anasthesieverfahrens (Allgemein- oder Lokalanasthesie) bei Operationen in der Augenheilkunde anhand klinischer Untersuchungen dargestellt. Neben dem Verhalten respiratorischer und hamodynamischer Parameter unter Allgemein- und Lokalanasthesie werden auch der perioperative Stress einschliesslich der Katecholaminspiegel und das postoperative Schmerzverhalten untersucht. Die Vor- und Nachteile der einzelnen Verfahren werden aufgezeigt. In die Untersuchungsgruppen wurden nur Patienten uber 60 Jahre aufgenommen. Der klinisch tatige Augenarzt bzw. Anasthesist erhalt so eine umfassende Entscheidungshilfe fur die Auswahl des Anasthesieverfahrens bei seinen Patienten. |
