Der Begriff der Regionalorganisation, insbesondere im Verhaltnis zu Organisationen kollektiver Selbstverteidigung, die Moglichkeiten regionaler Friedenssicherung in den Bereichen friedliche Streitbeilegung, Durchfuhrung von Zwangsmassnahmen und die Entsendung von Friedenstruppen werden erortert. Ausserdem wird die neuerdings verstarkt stattfindende Zusammenarbeit zwischen Vereinten Nationen und Regionalorganisationen dargestellt. |
