Die sozialistischen Wirtschaftssysteme Osteuropas sind gegenwartig in ihrer Existenz bedroht. Trotz wiederholter und andauernder Reformversuche ist es ihnen nicht gelungen, die Guterversorgung breiter Bevolkerungsteile befriedigend sicherzustellen, sie angemessen zu steigern sowie technische und wissenschaftliche Neuerungen okonomisch umzusetzen. Der vorliegende Tagungsband ist der Versuch, mit einer einheitlichen Regulierungstheorie die staatliche Einflussnahme auf individuelles okonomisches Handeln systemvergleichend zu analysieren. Beispielhaft werden die Wirtschaftssysteme der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und der Volksrepublik Polen herausgegriffen und sektorspezifisch untersucht. Neu an diesem Projekt ist die Verwendung des Regulierungsansatzes fur unterschiedliche Wirtschaftsordnungen. |
