If the unavailable part of your order is not due in stock soon enough for you, you may want to cancel the unavailable part of your order in the Order Status(es) area in your Account on our website. This will release the available part of your order for immediate dispatch.
We will refund your card for the cancelled item(s), and confirm the refund to you by e-mail.
Then we would recommend that you re-order the item(s) which you have cancelled.
If your order is for delivery to the UK, and a cancellation brings the total order value below the eligible limit for free delivery, postage will be charged on the remainder of the order.
