Answer
: |
Returns: If you decide that an item which you have bought from us is not to your satisfaction, you are welcome to cancel your order for the item within 7 working days of the day after receipt of the item, and to return it to us.
Upon return of the item to us in its original condition, we will refund you the price which you paid us. However, we cannot refund you if an item which you bought from us is returned in an unsaleable condition or if an original seal is broken.
In addition, we regret that we cannot refund you if the item which you bought from us was specially printed for you or was specially sourced for you, or if it was bought under a limited offer. Items of this type are advertised as 'Non-returnable' on our website.
Defects: If an item which you bought from us is defective or not of satisfactory quality, please return the item to us. Upon return of the item to us, we will refund you the price which you paid us, or, at your option, we will replace the item free of any additional charge.
Please return the item promptly. Failure to inform us of the fault within 28 days may mean that you lose the right to obtain a refund. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Returning an item to us: To return an item to us, please:
a) Write the reason for the return on the delivery note which arrived with your order (if you do not have the original delivery note, please enclose your order reference and reason for return on a separate piece of paper); b) Wrap the item and your (delivery) note securely in their original or other packaging; c) Send the item to us at: Returns Department, Unit 9 Whitelands Business Park Terling Essex CM3 2AG
The refund will be made to your credit / debit card. We will notify you by e-mail, when we have processed your refund. |
