Question : |
Can I save my basket, and complete my order later? |
Answer
: |
Yes.
If you do not complete your order now, and revisit our website at any time in the next 3 days, the items will continue to show in your basket, so that you can complete your order.
If you add an item to an existing basket within the 3 days, you can complete the order immediately, or the new basket will be kept for another 3 days.
To save your basket for longer than 3 days, please log into your account. This will save the current/previous basket.
Once you are logged in, to rename the basket, just alter the basket name text and click ‘Rename’, the basket will be saved.
To ‘see’ the basket in the ‘Previous Baskets’ list, you will need to *either* logoff/logon *or* just click on the ‘New Basket’ button.
To retrieve a basket, please hit the 'My Account' tab at the top right of our website, log into your account, and hit the 'Previous Baskets' link. You will then be able to view your previous baskets, and retrieve basket(s) or individual items, as required.
