The recipes are either quick and easy to prepare at the end of a busy day or could have been prepared in advance and frozen, refrigerated or left on a timer for when you get in. Inspired by years of walking and holidaying along the Coast to Coast route, the recipes inspire you to plan a great day out as well as celebrating the variety and abundance of wonderful produce available in the North of England.
